Course Materials

You will be sent a comprehensive study package for each course that is designed to meet all of your study requirements.

The package includes:

• A detailed study guide that includes exercises, assignments and other activities, which will take you through your programme of self- directed study.
• Books and other published materials together with integrated volumes of readings drawn from a wide range of sources.
• Supplementary study materials including, where appropriate, audio and/ or video tapes and computer software.

Each set of course materials has been designed and developed by subject experts drawn from this and other leading universities and research institutes. All are prepared under the academic guidance of the Distance Learning Programme.

Technical footnote: Where supplied, video tapes will be in VHS/ PAL format, and software will run on PCs with Windows 98 or above. Other platforms are not supported.
